📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Process payroll for employees, including calculating salaries, deductions, and generating payslips.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to the finance manager and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and audit reports.
• Provide support in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Maintain and update financial documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in an educational institution.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, QuickBooks, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
