📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their healthcare needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure that our services are delivered to the highest standards.
• Be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor and analyze client accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing strategies to achieve those opportunities.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, providing insights into client account performance and market trends.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to enhance our corporate partnerships.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute campaigns that promote our healthcare services to corporate clients.
• Attend and participate in industry conferences, workshops, and networking events to build and maintain professional relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including its regulations, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
