📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
Manage employee relations, addressing any issues that may arise to maintain a harmonious work environment.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local and international labor laws.
Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Handle payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Assist in the development of HR strategies that align with the company's objectives.
Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.
Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
