📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist patients, answering inquiries and addressing concerns with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Process patient registrations and maintain accurate records using our in-house Patient Management System (PMS).
• Provide information about our services and assist with insurance and billing inquiries.
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure patients receive the best possible care and support.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hospital protocols and standards.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
• Promote a positive and welcoming environment for patients and visitors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and our PMS.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
