Gateway SPV (Supervisor) - Bali

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations at the Denpasar Utara gateway hub, ensuring efficient and timely processing of cargo.
• Manage a team of 10-15 operators, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor and optimize logistics processes using J&T Cargo Gateway Management System (GMS).
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve service quality.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to management.
• Ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction through effective team management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the logistics industry.
• Proven experience in managing teams and optimizing logistics operations.
• Familiarity with J&T Cargo Gateway Management System (GMS) or similar logistics software.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian logistics regulations and industry best practices.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
