As a Customs Sales Manager at Top1Movers Worldwide Inc., you will play a crucial role in our customs clearance and trade compliance services. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring that all customs procedures are carried out efficiently and in compliance with international regulations. This role requires a deep understanding of international trade laws, customs procedures, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. You will work closely with our team of customs brokers, freight forwarders, and logistics experts to provide comprehensive solutions to our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the customs clearance and trade compliance services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including importers, exporters, and logistics providers.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to provide seamless customs clearance services.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in international trade and logistics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a focus on international trade and logistics.
• In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and trade compliance.
• Strong understanding of trade documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with trade compliance software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Certification in customs brokerage or international trade compliance is a plus.
