📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.,Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from supplier identification to contract execution.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms.,Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify cost-saving opportunities.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensure compliance with procurement policies.,Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and manage supplier relationships.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.,Provide procurement support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a strategic focus.,Strong understanding of procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using procurement software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
