📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise the site team, providing guidance and support.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve site performance and productivity.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and project completion.,Monitor and report on site performance metrics and KPIs.,Handle any site-related issues or emergencies promptly and effectively.,Ensure the site is well-maintained and meets all quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.,Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations is a plus.,Familiarity with project management principles and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
