📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective strategies to attract and enroll international students.,Provide comprehensive information about MILA University's academic programs, campus life, and support services to prospective students.,Assist in the preparation and delivery of university tours and information sessions for international students and their families.,Coordinate with academic departments to ensure accurate and up-to-date information about course offerings and admission requirements.,Manage and maintain a database of international student leads and applications.,Conduct follow-ups with prospective students to address their queries and concerns.,Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth and efficient enrollment process.,Promote MILA University's international student programs through various marketing channels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in international student recruitment and enrollment.,Proven track record of successfully enrolling international students.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.,Understanding of Indonesian culture and education system is desirable.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
