EMBER Group is seeking a talented and dedicated IT Staff to join our team. As an IT Staff, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, and providing technical support to our employees. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia, with the option to work from our office in Seminyak, Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot IT hardware and software.,Provide technical support to employees, including software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.,Monitor and maintain network security and performance.,Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and applications.,Ensure the backup and recovery of critical data.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.,Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects.,Provide training and documentation for IT systems and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Good understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using IT support tools and software.
