Toko Elektronik Vera Spareparts is looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Staff to join our team. As an HR Staff, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for helping others. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the growth of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Facilitate employee relations, including addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.,Coordinate with management to ensure a positive and productive work environment.,Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with applicable laws.,Assist with the onboarding and offboarding process for new and departing employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools.
