📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Facilitate employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions.,Coordinate with management to address HR-related issues and concerns.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Support the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a remote or hybrid work environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
