AKO Media Asia is looking for a Production Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes and systems. You will work closely with the production team to identify and resolve issues, implement improvements, and maintain the efficiency of our production environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain the production systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Identify and troubleshoot production issues, and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.,Collaborate with the production team to improve processes and workflows.,Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of production equipment.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Provide technical support to the production team as needed.,Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Work with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production support or engineering role.,Strong knowledge of production systems, equipment, and processes.,Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
