📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
- Managing the procurement process, including supplier selection, negotiation, and order fulfillment.
- Ensuring that stock levels are optimized to meet demand and minimize waste.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of goods.
- Monitoring and analyzing procurement data to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Working closely with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Attending to supplier meetings and negotiations as required.
- Ensuring that all procurement documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
- A degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English.
- Experience in a similar role within the stock and supply chain optimization industry is a plus.
