📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and desserts using high-quality ingredients.,Maintain and clean kitchen equipment and facilities to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.,Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.,Create and develop new pastry recipes to meet customer demands and preferences.,Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality food production.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies as needed.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve pastry-making skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and food safety regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.,Creative and innovative approach to pastry-making.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
