📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity,Oversee the scheduling and allocation of resources to meet production targets,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations,Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards,Assist in the training and development of new staff members,Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar operations role,Strong organizational and time management skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with inventory management and quality control processes,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
