SP Manufacturing Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Material Planner - Senior Officer to join our team in Batam Kota, Kepulauan Riau. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of materials and resources throughout the production process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in material planning and supply chain management, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain accurate material plans and schedules to ensure timely availability of materials for production.,Monitor inventory levels and forecast material requirements to optimize stock levels and reduce costs.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and negotiate favorable terms.,Analyze production data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and logistics, to ensure seamless material flow.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Provide regular reports and updates on material planning activities to senior management.,Continuously seek opportunities to improve material planning processes and implement best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Material Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in material planning and supply chain management, with a focus on manufacturing industries.,Proven track record of developing and implementing effective material planning strategies.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in using material planning software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Familiarity with industry regulations and standards, particularly in the manufacturing sector.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
