📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver engaging and insightful lectures on Business Management, Economics, and Finance.
• Develop and update course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments.
• Mentor and advise students on their academic and career development.
• Conduct research and publish findings in relevant academic journals.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement new academic programs and initiatives.
• Provide academic and professional guidance to students.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a higher education institution.
• Strong knowledge of economic theories and principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and software such as Blackboard, Moodle, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to conduct research and publish findings.
• Experience in curriculum development and academic program management.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
