📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of pharmacist assistants to ensure high standards of service and compliance with regulations.,Provide expert pharmaceutical advice and assistance to customers, ensuring they receive the correct medications and information.,Oversee the inventory management and ordering process to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to pharmacy operations.,Train and develop new team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in pharmaceutical services.,Collaborate with the pharmacy manager to implement new initiatives and improve operational efficiency.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.,Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the pharmaceutical industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Pharmacist Assistant or in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using pharmacy management software and other relevant tools.,Valid pharmacy license and certification from the relevant regulatory body.,Fluency in Indonesian language is required.
