📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all kitchen operations to ensure efficient and high-quality food production.,Lead and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food safety and quality.,Develop and implement kitchen schedules and inventory management systems.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Monitor food costs and implement strategies to optimize kitchen efficiency.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Handle supplier relationships and negotiate contracts for kitchen supplies.,Participate in menu planning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Kitchen Staff or similar role.,Proven experience in leading and managing kitchen teams.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Experience in menu planning and cost control.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field is a plus.
