📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to employees,Create learning materials, including presentations, videos, and online courses,Conduct needs assessments and analyze training data to improve learning programs,Collaborate with managers and employees to understand their learning needs and goals,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement,Assist in the development and implementation of the company's learning and development strategy

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field,1-3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions,Passion for learning and development and a desire to make a positive impact on others
