📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Monitoring and maintaining fleet performance and efficiency.
• Scheduling and coordinating vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Managing fuel and vehicle insurance.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of fleet management strategies.
• Providing support to the fleet supervisor in all aspects of fleet operations.
• Assisting in the preparation of reports and documentation related to fleet operations.
• Providing support in the recruitment and training of new fleet staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
• Good understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
