📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring of vital signs.,Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.,Document patient records accurately and maintain confidentiality.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Monitor and report any changes in patient conditions to the healthcare team.,Participate in staff meetings and continuous professional development activities.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Valid nursing license and certification in the relevant jurisdiction.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Familiarity with HIPAA and other relevant healthcare regulations.,Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
