Financial Consultant - Bali (Astra Life Insurance)

Astra Life Insurance, a leading life insurance provider established in 2014, is expanding its team in Bali and seeking a Professional Financial Consultant to deliver tailored financial solutions to clients. As part of our mission to empower financial well-being, we are looking for a dedicated professional who can assist clients in securing their future through comprehensive insurance products.

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse client base, providing expert advice on life insurance, retirement planning, and other financial products. You will use our proprietary software, ALIMS, to manage client interactions and policy administration. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic and supportive team environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with clients to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
• Manage client portfolios using ALIMS, ensuring accurate and timely policy administration.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Train and mentor junior staff to build a skilled and knowledgeable team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new financial products.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the insurance portfolio.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the strategic planning of the department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial consulting or insurance sales.
• Professional certification such as ACII (Associate in Insurance), CFP (Certified Financial Planner), or CIPM (Chartered Insurance Professional) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of life insurance products and retirement planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using ALIMS and other relevant software tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
