🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, with a proven track record in branch management
• Strong understanding of financial products and services, including loans, investments, and insurance
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proficient in using financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian, with English being a plus
