📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, transfers, and dispositions.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.,Implement and monitor warehouse safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records and compliance with company policies.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Collaborate with the procurement team to optimize inventory management and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse management role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with logistics and transportation regulations.,Certification in warehouse management or related field is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and local business practices is preferred.
