📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and development of the department, ensuring smooth operations and productivity.,Oversee day-to-day HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Support the Department Head in strategic planning and implementation of HR policies and initiatives.,Manage employee performance reviews and provide coaching and mentoring to team members.,Handle employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Organize and facilitate team meetings, workshops, and training sessions.,Collaborate with other departments to align HR practices with organizational goals.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with performance management and coaching techniques.,Experience in managing a team or department is a plus.
