In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth and success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the local job market.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions to ensure alignment with company needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide suitable candidates.,Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer and onboarding.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and referral sources.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successful hires.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Familiarity with the local job market and industry trends in Gunung Kidul.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
