📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide pharmaceutical care and support to patients under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.,Prepare and dispense medications according to prescribed orders.,Monitor and report any adverse drug reactions or medication errors.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medication records.,Assist in the organization and inventory management of pharmaceutical supplies.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to maintain professional development.,Promote a safe and clean working environment in compliance with healthcare regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pharmacist Assistant or similar role.,Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with computer systems and software used in healthcare settings.,Valid certification or license as a Pharmacist Assistant, if required.,Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus.
