📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production schedules and output.
  • Conduct process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes.
  • Train and mentor junior technicians and staff on best practices and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operation of machinery and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of production data and performance metrics.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with quality control standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel for work.
