📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of sales assistants to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cashier counter.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales and transactions.,Promote products and services to customers to increase sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages to the manager.,Train and mentor new team members to ensure high performance standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Experience in cashier operations and customer service is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using basic office software and point-of-sale systems.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Familiarity with local market trends and customer preferences.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed.
