📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist clients with visa and work permit applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Use SIMDA and SIMPEL to manage and track applications, ensuring timely processing.
• Provide clear and concise guidance to clients, explaining complex immigration procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest immigration regulations and procedures, and provide training to team members.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless processing of applications.
• Maintain accurate records of all applications and client communications.
• Assist with the preparation and submission of reports for regulatory compliance.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of immigration process improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, International Relations, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in immigration, legal, or related fields.
