In this role, you will be responsible for conducting site surveys, installing and maintaining telecommunications equipment, and troubleshooting network issues. You will work closely with our engineering team to ensure that our network infrastructure meets the highest standards of quality and reliability. Additionally, you will provide technical support to our clients, ensuring that their telecommunications needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct site surveys to assess network coverage and identify areas for improvement.
• Install and maintain telecommunications equipment, including base stations, antennas, and fiber optic cables.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement network upgrades and expansions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in telecommunications field operations and technical support.
• Certification in telecommunications technologies, such as RF engineering, fiber optics, or network management.
• Proficiency in using telecommunications equipment and tools, including spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and network monitoring software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices for telecommunications operations.
• Familiarity with GIS software and mapping tools for network planning and analysis.
