📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain strong partnerships with educational institutions, government bodies, and other stakeholders.,Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to expand our reach and impact in the education sector.,Manage and oversee existing partnerships to ensure they are delivering value and meeting our objectives.,Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership activities with our overall business strategy and goals.,Represent PT Panca Dwi Karya at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to strengthen our brand and relationships.,Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging opportunities in the education sector.,Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the partnership team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership development and management, preferably in the education sector.,Strong understanding of the education landscape in Indonesia, including government policies, regulations, and key stakeholders.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.,Proven track record of successful partnership development and management.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze partnership performance.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
